Tree of Life

         by Isi De Gersigny

If we are living heaven down
And the Tree of Life our treehouse be
And all of His leafy life is home
And all of earth a fruitful spree

If we are branches grafted on
And all of Christ our future be
And all our history hung upon
His great achievement on that tree

What wind could blow that spirit won't
Or flood remove what river don't
What else could happily occupy
The space that all of love's supply

Secured for us eternally
This glory ease this family
If we believe we're one with Him
How evergreen our love will be.
